Important changes in response to COVID-19
Due to the uncertainty roaming around COVID-19 and the high level of contagion of the virus, and to protect the health of our patients, employees and community, we had to take the initiative to participate in controlling the spread of this disease.
Effective March 20th, we, at Oak Dental Frisco, have decided to limit our practice to treat emergency dental needs by appointment only, until further notice. We are actively monitoring updates as they are released from the Center of Disease Control (CDC), American Dental Association (ADA), Texas Dental Association (TDA), Texas Department of Health Services (DSHS) and Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) to decide when it’s safe again to go back to the full scope of dentistry and to resume practicing as usual.
This decision was very difficult, yet necessary to take. As we felt it’s important to put safety first and limit the spread of the virus as much as possible. We all can do our part, to save ourselves and our loved ones from this pandemic.
Hours of operation will be Monday-Friday 8 am- 6 pm, and Saturday 8 am- 3 pm. During business hours one person will be in the office to answer the phone and to schedule the emergency appointments. For any after-hours emergencies, the phone system will direct you to the emergency phone number being utilized during that particular time.
We hope everyone stays safe and healthy!
